In light of ongoing concern about travel due to the spread of the coronavirus, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the College Board AP Annual Conference scheduled for July 16–19 in Boston, Mass. We made this decision with the health and safety of our members, students, attendees, and staff as our top priorities.
All registrations will be refunded via the initial form of payment.
As immediate next steps, please:
- TRAVEL: Reach out to your airline carrier to cancel all reservations related to the conference. College Board won’t be responsible for any travel or related out-of-pocket expenses.
- HOTEL: If you booked in the College Board block at Westin Boston Waterfront, Aloft Boston Seaport District, Element Boston Seaport District, Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, Seaport Hotel, or Yotel Boston, your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you booked outside the AP Annual Conference blocks, you’ll be responsible for canceling your reservation and subject to the hotel’s refund policies.
As we monitor the spread of the coronavirus and receive guidance from public health organizations, we’ll provide timely updates should new developments affect any of our other upcoming conferences. Our focus is on the health and safety of our members, students, attendees, and staff.
