Registration fees include continental breakfast and lunch.

Follow the steps below to register online, by mail, or fax:

Register Online

You need a login name and password to register online. If you do not have a login name and password, request an account now. The login name and password will be emailed to you the same day, if requested during normal business hours. If you already have a login name and password, you may continue your registration process.

Register via Mail or Fax
Print and send the APAC 2016 Registration Form to the address or fax number listed on the registration form. Please DO NOT send registration information via email. Note that we will honor early bird pricing through May 27th. 

Computer Science Teachers:

Teachers who register for the 2016 Computer Science Teachers Association Annual Conference in San Diego, CA will receive a 10% discount on registration for the 2016 AP Annual Conference. Please provide proof of your registration for CSTA along with your registration form. Attendees will only be able to take advantage of this discount via the mail or fax registration methods.

Important Registration Information


To find out if your institution is a College Board member, please use the Member Institution Search. If you are interested in encouraging your institution to become a member so you can take advantage of member discounts for all College Board events, please visit our membership site.

Group Registration Discount

When three or more teachers from the same institution register together by mail or fax only, they each qualify for a special $25 group discount. Click on Register by Mail or Fax for more information. 

Preconference and Postconference Workshops are Limited to 30 Spaces

Some workshops fill up quickly and the College Board closes registration when capacity is reached. If your first choice workshop is full, you'll be signed up for your second choice. In the event that neither of your choices is available, we will notify you in a timely manner. Registration fees for the preconference and postconference workshops include session materials and group meals.

Main Conference Sessions are Open to All Attendees

Sessions are open to all main conference registrants on a first-come, first-served basis. The registration fee also includes admission to plenary sessions, group meals, and receptions.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Registration will not be processed without an accompanying form of payment: credit card, check, or purchase order.

All registration changes, cancellations, substitutions, or requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. There is a $75 nonrefundable cancellation fee through June 22, 2016. No refunds will be granted thereafter. If you are unable to attend, substitutes are gladly accepted.

If for any reason a workshop is canceled you will have the option of receiving a full refund or transferring to another workshop if space is available.

You will receive a written registration confirmation within three weeks of your registration.
